This website, megoravibe.co.uk, is operated by MEGORA LTD (“Megora”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our address is Bromyard Avenue, East Acton, London, W3 7BU.

2. Using our website

By browsing this website or sending us an enquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

3. Our products and content

Our website showcases our collections, including accessories, cards, gifts, jewellery, home and Christmas products. We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately, but:

• Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in real life.
• Images are there as a guide, and a product may vary slightly from its photograph.
• Products can change, be updated or be withdrawn at any time, and availability is never guaranteed until we confirm it to you.
• We do not show prices on the website. Pricing is provided when you request a quote.

4. Enquiries and quotes

You can ask about any product using the Request a Quote button or the form on our Contact Us page. Sending an enquiry does not place an order, and it does not oblige either of us to go ahead.

A quote is not a binding offer until we have confirmed the details with you in writing. We may decline an enquiry, or change or withdraw a quote before it has been accepted. Any validity period will be stated in the quote itself.

5. Orders, payment and delivery

We do not currently take orders or payments through this website. Instead, how an order is placed, how and when it is paid for, and how it is delivered or collected will be explained to you directly when we respond to your enquiry.

6. Returns and refunds

Our returns and refunds arrangements are still being finalised. We will confirm the terms that apply to your purchase before you place an order, so there are no surprises.

None of this affects your statutory rights. If you are a consumer and a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law still apply. Our Return & Refund Policy page has the latest information.

7. Retail and wholesale customers

Megora welcomes enquiries from individuals buying for themselves and from businesses buying for resale or other business purposes.

Where you are a business customer, the specific terms of any order, such as quantities, pricing and delivery, will be agreed with you when we provide your quote. If you are an individual buying for personal use, your consumer rights remain fully in place.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, layouts and product designs, belongs to Megora or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are welcome to view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

When using our website, please do not:

• use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent;
• submit false or misleading information through our contact form;
• try to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
• send spam or unsolicited marketing through our contact form.

The only personal information we collect through this website is what you choose to send us using the contact form. We do not use newsletter sign-ups, advertising pixels or similar tracking tools. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect your information.
